His 18 years of full-time experience have given him a clear understanding of the mindset of home buyers and sellers and a thorough understanding of the regional marketplace.

Chris has had considerable success as a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, accumulating a terrific sales record. He has an aggressive yet professional approach to the business resulting in sales figures that are significantly above the average, and many satisfied clients.

Chris is a native Louisvillian and attended Trinity High School and the University of Louisville's Speed Scientific School.   After graduating with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Chris went to work at Pantex Nuclear Weapons Facility in Amarillo Texas.  A consulting engineering job followed and then an ownership in a general contracting firm. 

Chris began investing in real estate in 1986 and saw the opportunity to help others obtain their own homes and invest in real estate.  A top producer since 1989, Chris continues to help others reach their dreams of home ownership and financial independence through real estate investments!

A member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame ($1,000,000 in commissions/income), Chris is a veteran agent that has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market.   He can guide you to wise investments and buying for resale in addition to helping you prepare and package your home for sale!

Chris has three kids:  Nick (15), Andrew (13) and Rochelle (9).   Chris and his family live in Lake Forest and attend St. Patrick Catholic Church.
